The Perfect Pizza Dough Recipe: With Premium Ingredients

3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour (or bread flour for extra chewiness)
1 ½ cups (360ml) warm water (about 110°F/45°C)
1 packet (7g) instant dry yeast (fast-acting for quick rising)
1 tsp baking powder (for extra lift and fluffiness)
1 tsp bread improver (enhances texture and shelf life)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar (helps activate the yeast)

1 ½ tsp salt


Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, instant dry yeast, baking powder, and bread improver.  These ingredients work together to improve dough elasticity, rise, and browning.
Combine & Knead – Pour the warm water and olive oil into the dry ingredients.  Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise – Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

Shape & Bake – Punch down the dough, divide it into portions, and roll out into pizza bases.  Add your favorite toppings and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
